| In 2007, the Cambridge Group of Clubs introduced a green initiative throughout their four Clubs; in Toronto, the Adelaide Club, the Cambridge Club and the Toronto Athletic Club and Club Sportif MAA in Montreal. The focus of this "Keen to be Green" initiative is to effectively reduce the size of our carbon footprint at each of these Clubs and to set a positive example in our industry.
Through informative posters and emails to the membership, the Cambridge Group of Clubs is constantly communicating to its membership how they can assist us in this important program including:
• Shutting off water while shaving,
• Recycling razors and newspapers, paper and plastic products,
• Limiting towel use to two towels per visit
Our maintenance and management team is also committed to using environmentally safe cleaning products at all four clubs.
At the Cambridge Group of Clubs, we believe that by working together we can ensure that we are taking positive steps towards green awareness and the reduction of our environmental footprint.
