Alan Michael Wong

Alan holds a diploma in Spa Therapy from The Vancouver School of Bodywork and Massage (Canada) along with Mastery Level status in Ashiatsu Oriental Bar Therapy® from Health and Bodyworks (USA).

His unique style is a fusion of Eastern and Western cultures. Treatments focus on dissolving scar tissue while helping inflammation patterns disappear. Specialization in deep compression techniques utilizing body weight together with passive stretching designed for amateur and professional athletes.

Alan is a Certified, Insured and Licensed Massage Therapist based in Montreal, QC, Canada. General focus on treating sciatic pain from lower back shooting down legs towards feet, muscle strain problems with shoulder and neck, flexibility issues with the hip and leg muscles are some key examples. Range of motion and energy levels are boosted upon completion of a session. So it's an advantage to receive a customized 'tune-up' for noticeable improvement in normal everyday life activities or competitive sport.

Alan is a former amateur baseball pitcher who played in local house leagues for well over the course of fourteen years. He had the great opportunity to try out for the Atlanta Braves Triple-A farm league, but unfortunately couldn't throw his fastest due to a shoulder injury sustained a week prior during a semi-final game. Since then, rehabilitation with a holistic approach has always been a keen interest for healing of self and of course others in need.

Alan also practices Pregnancy Massage, which is great for the expecting mother to maintain good health, circulation, and to help manage aches/pain due to the pregnancy.
