At Club Sportif MAA, we believe that to promote health, you must be in good physical condition and practice good eating habits. However, even being aware of the importance of eating well, it is not always easy to make ideal choices at the grocery store or restaurant. Dealing with information overload is not always easy; whether it is making best choices at the restaurant, understanding nutrition labels of various products at the grocery store or nutritional timing to maximize results while you are training. Our nutrition services have the sole purpose of enabling you to reach and maintain your goals with regard to everything to do with food.

We are very pleased to present our healthy fine cuisine take-out meals. You will be able to purchase it directly at the Club and bring it home or at the office as you wish! No need to order in advance, just drop by the Bistro and select your choice from a variety of meal options: seafood and fish, meat, poultry or vegetarian. You will then be able to eat healthy and keep fit with maximum simplicity and fun!
