    Come and run with Dorys Langlois, specialized ruuning coach, on Mount Royal or the McGill Stadium. Learn how to get the maximum pleasure and performance out of your run. Ideal for the amateur or expert competitor in you.


    Schedule:
    Tuesday 17h45-18h45 at McGill
    Wednesday 12h15-13h15 from the MAA to McGill
    Thursday 12h15-13h15 at McGill
    Sunday at 7h30 at Second Cup, Île Des Sœurs if there are no competitions. To confirm with Dorys.
