CLUB SPORTIF MAA FACILITIES
FITNESS CENTRE
Beginning with a complimentary fitness evaluation and an initial exercise program, our state-of-the-art cardio and strength training equipment will keep you on track in our 8,000 sq. feet gym.

High tech equipment, such as Life Fitness, Cybex, Icarian, Hammer Strength, Ivanko dumbbells align our cardio and strength training areas.

If you prefer a one-on-one personal training program, our certified personal trainers can design programs tailored to your specific needs that will successfully achieve your personal fitness goals including:

MULTI-SPORT GYMNASIUM

SQUASH FACILITIES
Our squash courts are ideally situated around the main gymnasium perimeter where professional squash players practice like Commonwealth 2002 Gold Medalist, Jonathon Powers. SWIMMING POOL
Our 18 metre pool, one of the oldest in the country, still retains the same feeling and aspect of when it was built in 1905. There are four lanes and the temperature is maintained at approximately 82º F.

Aquatics has always been a popular program throughout the MAA’s history and some of its most accomplished athletes include 1912 Olympic swimming double Gold Medalist, George Hodgson, 1960 Olympic swimming double finalist and 1962 Commonwealth Games Gold, double Silver and Bronze Medalist, Richard Pound; and 1984 Olympic synchronized swimming Silver Medalist, Carolyn Waldo. FITNESS STUDIOS
At the Club Sportif MAA, we have 3 Fitness studios where the latest classes are scheduled throughout the day to suit everyone's needs. Our Fitness Coordinator, Shelly McDonald renown for her involvement in TSN’s Caribbean Workout provides her expertise in developing new and exciting programs for all members of various levels and interest.

CARDIOVASCULAR CONDITIONING CLASSES: Spinning, Spinning Enduro-Ride, Urban Rebounding, Aqua Challenge

MUSCLE CONDITIONING CLASSES: Sensational Sculpt, Stability Ball Training, Body Design

SPECIALTY CLASSES: Pilates, Yoga, Kripalu Yoga, Ashtanga Yoga, Power Yoga, Seniors Keep Fit

DANCE PROGRAM

Whether you have a business luncheon, a  candlelit dinner or a night out with friends, our MAA Restaurant & Bar offer you excellent food, fine wine and the best in service.  The MAA Restaurant & Bar is also available for cocktail, meeting or banquet rentals.
