GROUP FITNESS PROGRAM
The Group Fitness Program at the MAA offers the latest trends in group fitness classes. A wide range of activities of various levels are offered to our members and are taught by professional instructors who are all certified in the field of fitness and physical education. Our program includes cardiovascular and muscle conditioning, as well as specialty classes.
