Your personal trainer is up-to-date with the latest development techniques and will customize a program based on your health and fitness goals.Safety. Our personal trainers are very conscious of your safety and will instruct you on proper form technique and use of equipment.
WHO ARE OUR PERSONAL TRAINERS?
Levels of personal trainers are based on education, credentials, expertise and years of experience.
LEVEL I requires a minimum of one national certification and participation in an ongoing education process to further their fitness knowledge.
LEVEL II requires a physical education degree and/or an accumulation of multiple specialized certifications. A minimum of three years experience is necessary.
LEVEL III requires a physical education degree and/or an accumulation of multiple specialized certifications or higher education degree allowing for the supervision of advanced training of special populations. A minimum of five years experience is necessary.
