Bootcamp is a HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) class for those who want to get in shape by completing intense interval circuits with functional and cardio exercises. You’ll enjoy a great overall workout, building strength, power and endurance. The ultimate goal of this class is to push your limits with every session. No experience required.

Caroline has been a fitness instructor for over 25 years. After playing tennis for much of her childhood and through her teenage years, she developed a growing interest in cardio and toning workouts. Her passion for her work stems from the enthusiasm of participants and the great camaraderie between them. Her charismatic personality and exceptional energy make her a beloved instructor.

CARRIE FREEDMAN

Bootcamp | Total Barre

Carrie has been teaching classes in a variety of styles since she was 17 years old. She chose to focus on teaching group classes because of her passion for music and exercise. She is certified to instruct Spinning, Barre, Fitness and many other classes. Her versatility is her greatest asset. She enjoys and feels proud of seeing her participants succeed, especially when they start to care deeply about both the process and the results.
