A workout for anyone looking for a boost of energy in their day.

Aquarobics targets muscle strengthening and cardiovascular training without any impact.

This class is only offered in person at the exterior pool of the Omni.

Here is a great way to get a cardiovascular and strengthening workout that is easily adapted for all ages. There is no equal in liberating us from the pressures of gravity on our joints. Even without impact, the resistance of the water makes it a highly effective cardiovascular workout. In addition, the outdoor pool adds a festive atmosphere and a feeling of being on vacation!
