An artist always looking for colour

Captivated by the Impressionists, Expressionists and Abstractionists I strive to create works with strong visual sensations and intense colour.

I have fallen in love with the Art of the late 19th century and early 20th century. Some of my favorite artists are Monet, Seurat, Douanier Rousseau and Kandinsky. These artists were revolutionaries freeing art of its past rules but capturing the beauty of life with incredible sensitivity.

By frequently experiencing their colours, their stokes, and their subjects up close in the most beautiful museums of France I have been mesmerized. These artists have created works that allow extraordinary feelings. It is through my art that I can learn about their techniques and brush strokes while incorporating my own emotions.

The way I have self-taught myself art and colour allows me to teach to my child how to develop her inner self, her sense of colours through painting and autonomy in creation.
