Daniel has been passionate for the great outdoors and the science of movement since he was 16 years old. Starting with judo, rock climbing and mountain biking, he eventually discovered archery, freediving, and kettlebells. After years of competing in XC running and cycling, he decided to transfer his passion for health and nutrition to others. When not training with his kettlebells and steel mace, he is probably biking in the mountains, camping or paddle boarding on the waters.
