After a university basketball career that left his body battered, he vowed to learn more so that he could avoid the pitfalls of a life filled with pain.\u00a0When he\u2019s not reading a training manual or learning from some of the industry\u2019s best and brightest minds, he can be found exploring his body and all the different ways it can move.
