Massage that combines compression and passive stretching techniques. These movements are an expression of a traditional Thai massage, modified to allow the use of bars placed above the table. The massage therapist massages you with their feet.

Ashiatsu Oriental Bar Therapy®


Deep muscle compression movement techniques. The massage therapist keeps their balance thanks to the bars placed above the table and massages you with their feet. Variable intensities in pressure render better tissue relaxation

Chair massage


This clothed massage is given on an ergonomic chair. Different massage techniques can be used. The massage therapist is free to adapt the techniques to meet your needs and make the experience as pleasant and rewarding as possible.

Deep tissue


Firm pressure and slow movements reach the deeper layers of the muscle. This massage relieves chronic pain and relaxes areas of tension under the surface muscles.

Hot stones


Placed in specific areas, the hot stones provide increased relaxation and eliminate points of muscle tension.

Lomi Lomi


Originating from Hawaii, this healing form of massage uses a seamless fluidity of strokes through various dynamic movements and music.  Among its many benefits, Lomi Lomi Nui promotes blood circulation and helps eliminate toxins. It is also ideal for finding inner harmony and reconnecting with oneself.

Prenatal massage


Ideal to help maintain good circulation and reduce aches and pains caused by bodily changes directly related to pregnancy. It promotes both relaxation and recovery and soothes stress and anxiety.



Classic Japanese massage that works to rebalance energy. It is practiced by applying varying pressure with the thumbs, palms and elbows.



Relaxing and calming, this gentle dynamic massage focuses on muscles and joints. The toning effect promotes blood circulation and helps eliminate toxins.



This massage has a holistic and energetic approach working along the meridian lines and pressure points of the body. Through rhythmic movements, percussion, stretching and mobilization, Thai massage releases accumulated muscle tension and promotes better circulation of vital energy, and calms the mind.

Massage Therapy Policies

  • You must complete a health form upon your first visit. Please come 10 minutes before your session to fill it out. This way, you can enjoy your full massage time.
  • A receipt for your insurance can be given to you with your invoice.
  • For cancellations or time changes, a 24-hour notice is required.


Alan Michael Wong

Certified Massage Therapist

Alan’s unique style is born of a cultural fusion of East and West. His treatments focus on dissolving scar tissue to make inflammation disappear. He uses his body weight and deep compression stretching techniques aimed at amateur and professional athletes. He is also comfortable with massage techniques for pregnant women.

Alan is available Monday to Friday, from 11:00 am to 6:00 pm.

Certified Massage Therapist | Certified Aromatherapy Consultant

After many years of training as a professional dancer, the calling to explore a new profession that would offer her the chance to deepen her knowledge of the body as well as expand her perspective and creativity brought her to massage therapy.

She has a bachelor’s degree in dance since 2014 and a certified massage therapist since 2016.  Jeimy is also a member of the Réseau des massothérapeutes professionnels du Québec. Jeimy specializes in Thai massage techniques and traditional Hawaiian massage, Lomi Lomi Nui. 

She became a certified  aromatherapy consultant and has been using aromatherapy to add another layer to her work since 2020. Jeimy has been so passionate about this subject that she is completing her training to become a naturopath in 2024.

Nicoline’s path to massage therapy weaves through an eclectic background of electrical engineering and a deep-rooted passion for sports and wellness. With an international upbringing in Montreal and the United States, Nicoline brings a rich perspective to therapeutic practice, driven by a passion for holistic wellness.

As a member of the Réseau des massothérapeutes professionnels du Québec (RMPQ), Nicoline’s approach is informed by a variety of techniques adapted to meet the diverse needs of clients. Specializing in therapeutic and deep tissue massage, Nicoline focuses on creating personalized, understanding sessions that cater to a wide audience, from athletes to office workers. Nicoline aims to guide clients towards a deeper understanding of their bodies and wellness.

After a 22-year career as an acrobat, including 15 years with Cirque du Soleil, Julie decided to reorient her career towards massage therapy. Backed by her in-depth knowledge of dance and circus arts, she is passionate, curious and eager to learn more about the human body.

Julie is trained in various massage therapy techniques, such as Swedish massage, deep tissue, integrated fasciatherapy, perinatal and massage therapy, as well as therapeutic cupping, sports massage and periarticular work. Her approach is holistic, precise and intuitive, creating a space where her clients can feel at ease and experience a soothing moment – a true return to the heart of their bodies.
