At MAA Club Sportif, we believe that to be healthy, you need to be in good physical condition, but you also need to have healthy eating habits. But even if you’re aware of the importance of eating well, it’s not always easy to make the right choices, whether at the grocery store or in a restaurant. And it’s not always easy to find your way around the shelves when you’re trying to figure out what the label on the product you want means.

The sole purpose of our nutrition services is to help you achieve and maintain your goals when it comes to everything to do with food.

Justine holds a bachelor’s degree in nutrition from McGill University and an M.B.A. With over 15 years’ experience working as a nutritionist, she has a diverse clinical expertise spanning critical care, chronic diseases, gastroenterology, surgery and more.

Justine believes that an individualized approach is essential to success. She takes the time to understand each clients’ unique needs and goals, taking into account their dietary preferences, lifestyle and health constraints to create lasting change. Backed by her expertise and the latest scientific data, she will guide you on your journey, combining pleasure and health. Whether you are an athlete in search of optimal performance, someone suffering from a chronic illness or simply someone who wants to improve their overall health, Justine will accompany and support you at your own pace. You may come across her in the gym’s classes, ready to offer you her expertise and benevolence.

I specialize in weight management; gut health; liver health; anti-inflammatory and hypo toxic nutrition; digestion; mental clarity and energy; and polycystic ovaries.  

Integrative nutrition is a way of living which primarily focuses on maintaining health and addressing imbalances in the body that can arise and manifest themselves in many ways, such as food intolerances, digestive issues, chronic fatigue (mental or physical), inflammation, skin rashes, weight gain or hormonal imbalances.
