The fitness center of the new MAA boasts ultramodern cardiovascular and strength training equipment in a surface area of over 5,000 square feet, a 20-ft ceiling and three large windows that allow natural lighting inside. Members will find this revitalized spacious area a motivating and effective training experience.
In addition to the fitness center that is entirely dedicated to equipment and apparatus, another spacious section is available on the second floor of the Club for functional style training. This area features a turf, pull-up bars, suspension bars and other equipment to work with your body weight and perform intense HIIT-style circuits.
Our team of expert trainers can also design personalized programs and offer private training.
Use of the fitness facilities is included your membership. There are no reservations or time restrictions on the fitness center machines.
