Our specialized running coach, Dorys Langlois, accompanies dozens of runners of all levels and helps them reach their goal of finishing their first 5-10-21 or 42km, every year.
Participants learn basic techniques and how to get the maximum pleasure and performance out of their run. Running locations include Mont-Royal or the McGill Stadium. There are several time slots available every week during lunchtime and in the evening.
The Running Club is reserved for MAA members only. If you are not a member, we invite you to contact our Membership Director, Francis Bradette, to learn more about our offers and services.
