Fall session from October 9 to December 31, 2023
Our specialized running coach, Dorys Langlois, accompanies dozens of runners of all levels and helps them reach their goal of finishing their first 5-10-21 or 42km, every year.
Participants learn basic techniques and how to get the maximum pleasure and performance out of their run. Running locations include Mont-Royal or the McGill Stadium. There are several time slots available every week during lunchtime and in the evening.
