Kairina is a friendly and experienced coach with years of training and competition across many sports. She’s known for her ability to adapt every workout to your goals, whether you’re new to the gym, dealing with pain, or looking to bring fresh energy into your routine.

She works especially well with beginners, helping them build confidence and progress safely. If you play a sport, want to train smarter, or simply want to feel better in your body, she’s great at creating sessions that are both effective and enjoyable.

Currently studying physiotherapy, Kairina places a strong focus on pain-free movement, injury prevention, and sustainable progress. Her priority is simple: help you feel good, move well, and actually want to come back for more.
