Sarkis Hannaian

“You bring the will. I bring the science. Results are built in the gym — and confirmed by the reps you do at home.”

Sarkis blends science and strength in his approach to training. With a deep academic background and years of experience in competitive powerlifting, he brings a rare combination of lived athleticism and evidence-based insight. His preferred style — powerbuilding — combines heavy, functional strength work with strategies to maximize muscle size. Sarkis holds a Master’s degree in Exercise Science from the University of Toronto and is a PhD candidate in Kinesiology Sciences at McGill. His research focuses on how skeletal muscle responds to exercise, nutrition, supplements, and disuse. He has taught university-level courses at McGill in exercise physiology and has lectured extensively on muscle metabolism, exercise, and sport performance. An accredited kinesiologist (FKQ), Sarkis is a walking wealth of knowledge — delivering smart, personalized training to help clients gain strength, improve endurance, build muscle, improve body composition, and stay functional and strong at any age.
