Yuqi holds a Bachelor’s degree in Athletic Therapy and specializes in designing safe, personalized rehabilitation and performance programs for a wide range of clients, including elite athletes, older adults, and post-injury patients. She is skilled in assessing movement patterns, identifying muscular imbalances, and applying evidence-based exercises to help clients move better and recover effectively.

Furthermore, Yuqi enjoys giving short talks on the science of movement to help clients train smarter. By combining her knowledge of anatomy and biomechanics with practical guidance, she empowers clients to prevent injuries, enhance functional strength, and achieve lasting results.
