Deep Tissue Massage

Ashiatsu Oriental Bar Therapy®

Ashi-Thai™
This massage style is a combination of compressive techniques and passive stretches. These movements are an expression of traditional Thai massage and have been modified for the use of overhead bars to avoid bending and lifting. This style is done with clothes on. the difference a massage can do. Your body will be really revived after this vigorous type of massage. Shiatsu
A Japanese form of massage that looks on the energy flow in the body. Done with the thumbs, palms, elbows, etc. This massage is done with clothes on.

   

Swedish
The most popular type of massage, done with oil. Very soothing (not deep) and relaxing.

   

Pregnancy Massage
Great for the expecting mother to maintain good health and circulation during the pregnancy and to manage aches and pains due to the pregnancy.

   

Lymphatic Drainage
This style is best for people with water retention, who experience swelling and who are prone to frequent colds. Very light touch.

   

Reflexology
A massage that is uniquely a special treat for the feet. Discover what is going on with your body through the feet.

   

Chair Massage
This massage is done on a special ergonomic chair. Very comfortable. This style is done with the clothes on.

   

Kinesitherapy
This style uses biomechanics to understand the limitations of the body that are causing pain and discomfort. An assessment is included in this style.

   

Orthotherapy
This is a whole body approach to massage that uses massage, kinesitherapy, exercise therapy, postural re-education, etc. to manage your muscle imbalances.

   

Hot Stone Massage
Hot Basalt Stones or Lava Shells are massaged over your body and placed over certain areas that melt away knots, tension and stress.

  MASSAGE ETIQUETTE

  • It is required to fill out a health form prior to your first appointment. Please arrive 10 minutes early to allow sufficient time to fill out the form.
  • Gratuity is not included in the price. If you like your service a customary gratuity is between 15%-20% of the service.
  • Receipts for insurance are provided. It is included on your bill.
  • Cancellation policy: 24-hour notice is required to change or cancel an appointment or fees will be applied in full.
