Passionate about bodybuilding, I have been practicing natural bodybuilding for several years. I love all aspects of physical fitness: training, nutrition, discipline, and above all, the unique mindset that this lifestyle develops.

With over 10 years of experience as a trainer, I am fortunate to see the power of physical activity and the impact it has on my clients every day: greater self-confidence, increased discipline, and healthy lifestyle habits that extend far beyond the gym.

Also certified in professional cooking (LaSalle College), I combine my passion for nutrition with training to offer a comprehensive approach that helps my clients achieve their health and performance goals.
