A veteran trainer at the Club, Cornelia has been in the fitness industry since 1989. Her interest in physical activity started at the age of 7 with Classical Ballet and continued in adult life with Ballet Jazz, running and resistance training. This love of movement enticed her to get a degree in Exercise Science from Concordia University specializing in Community Fitness. Cornelia works with all age groups, particularly seniors. Her goal is to make exercise efficient and fun and encourage her clients to take charge of their own power in living a healthy life.
