Dory had a long and successful career in track and field as a distance runner. After his studies in kinesiology, he became a coach for the provincial federation (FQA) and specialized in distance running. Today he is one of the best running coaches in the province and helped hundreds of participants from all ages achieve their goals, including PB times in distances of 1500 m, marathons and even ultramarathons.

Running is his passion and a means to get fit.  By building healthy habits, people will live to experience feelings of accomplishment that comes with achieving goals and pushing their limits.
