Yvon Provençal

Yvon Provençal is a highly respected coach in Canadian and International squash circles and has been the Squash Director at the MAA since 1990. He has also been Quebec Provincial Coach for the past 20 years.

Yvon has coached Canadian teams at multiple international events including the Pan American Games, Commonwealth Games and World Championships.  He is a valued member of the Squash Canada’s High Performance. Under his tutelage, he has developed several top ranked Canadian and professional players such as Shawn Delierre, David Phillips and Alexandra Norman. At the same time, he excels in his ability to popularize his sport and make it accessible and fun for beginners.
