    PowerWatts offers a unique cycling experience that allows a group of people to train together in a studio setting at their specific individual intensity. Our instructors evaluate each participant’s strength, positioning and techniques. From these stats, the coaches establish the targets of intensity for each rider, which they must maintain within the group dynamics.
