Inspired by ballet fundamentals.

Essentrics® classes work to improve physical strength, flexibility and range of motion. During each class, all the main muscle groups and joints are used through repetitive movements without impact. This class, inspired by the fundamentals of ballet, is ideal for improving posture and relaxing muscles throughout the body.

FOCUS AREAS: Muscle strengthening and flexibility

LENGTH OF CLASS: 60 minutes

LEVEL OF DIFFICULTY: All levels, recommended for beginners and ideal for seniors
