Jihène is a personal trainer and group fitness instructor. She has a long career as a top-level Taekwondo athlete. Her passion for explosive movement and martial arts is brilliantly reflected in her classes, which she delivers with exuberant energy. She builds her training around principles based on exercise variety, agility, speed, and endurance. Jihène has an admirable quality of execution, with flowing movement and sharing a dynamic energy to guide her participants towards their goals.
