A FUN CARDIO AND STRENGTH TRAINING CHALLENGE!

This class combines boxing, karate, taekwondo and muay thai. Choreographed to a musical beat that inspires participants to challenge themselves to improve agility, strength and fitness. Accessible to all levels, including options for beginners as well as challenges for the advanced.
