    Here is a class that really packs a punch and provides a total emotional release! Our new Boxe-Fit classes combine full body conditioning and boxing fundamentals, in order to maximize both anaerobic and aerobic systems. You will learn and develop the basic techniques of boxing, including footwork, punches, moves and protection. Bag and pad work, mixed with functional exercises and plyometrics, make this the most challenging part of the class. With this method, you will develop strength, power, as well as cardiovascular and muscular endurance.
