Supervised, community-based strength training for motivation and efficiency

In this class, we work on overall functional strength. The exercises are primarily designed to target all the muscles of the body, so it will be less cardiovascular than HIIT or Bootcamp, but will develop more strength, endurance and power. It is also a great way to learn the basics of training and the correct techniques for executing different movements safely and effectively.
