This class is offered in person in the LL Studio of the Omni and in virtual mode simultaneously.

Flow Yoga is for participants looking for a rhythmic and energetic yoga practice. Combined with breathing techniques, this class quickly moves through sequences that improve balance, flexibility and strength.

FOCUS AREAS: Muscle strengthening and flexibility

LENGTH OF CLASS: 60 minutes

LEVEL OF DIFFICULTY: All levels
