Improve your endurance and balance.

Total Barre is a training method that will solicit all parts of your body. Inspired by ballet, with mainly strength moves using ballet barres, this class will offer movements that will develop your muscle strength and flexibility. You’ll improve your endurance and balance while expending energy and staying in good physical shape.

FOCUS AREAS: Muscle strengthening and flexibility

LENGTH OF CLASS: 45-60 minutes

LEVEL OF DIFFICULTY: All levels
