He is Luigi — former elite 400-meter hurdler, basketball player and Olympic weightlifter. Sport has always been at the heart of his life, and today he has the chance to pass on this passion by helping others to move, get stronger and achieve their goals.

Over the years, he has developed experience as a coach in track and field, Olympic weightlifting, calisthenics and also as a Hatha Yoga teacher — bringing balance, mobility and body awareness to training.

His approach? Motivating, tailored to each individual, and always with a smile. Whether you want to perform, try something new, or just feel good about your body, he’s there to support you – with challenges, energy, and sometimes even a few jokes.
